Structural Alterations
Structural alterations to create a substantially larger opening between existing living spaces. Works included temporary propping, removal of the existing wall and installation of structural steelwork to support the building above.
The completed works created a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining space while maintaining the structural integrity of the property.
Open-Plan Living
A residential alteration designed to transform separate rooms into one continuous open-plan living space.
The project involved structural alterations and associated building works, followed by making good and finishing to create a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining and living areas.

Bathroom refurbishment and improvement works incorporating modern sanitaryware, tiling, shower installations and associated plumbing and finishing works. Projects are managed from initial strip-out through to completion, providing customers with one coordinated service and a clean, modern finished space.
